Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but we typically deliver within 3–5 business days. For custom team store orders, please allow up to 7–10 business days for delivery. If you're unhappy with your purchase, we'll do our best to find a solution for you. Most of our products can be returned within 365 days. All returns are subject to a $9.95 return fee deducted from your refund amount. Returns will be refunded to the original payment method or as a store credit.

Customized team gear cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes any items with custom logos, names, initials, or school-specific designs. Once customization is complete, all sales are final for these products.
