STRIVE Cheerleading Return & Exchange Policy

At STRIVE Cheerleading, each bulk team order is carefully produced specifically for your team. Because these items are customized, made to order, and often manufactured according to the exact quantities, colors, designs, and sizes submitted, bulk team items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Sizing Responsibility

Coaches and team representatives are strongly encouraged to review and distribute the provided sizing charts before submitting an order. Whenever possible, athletes should be measured and compared directly to the sizing chart rather than ordering based only on the size they normally wear in other brands.

Sizing and fit can vary between different products and manufacturers. STRIVE Cheerleading is not responsible for items that do not fit when the size received matches the size submitted on the finalized order.

Please carefully review all sizes before approving your order. Once an order has entered production, sizes generally cannot be changed.

Size Exchanges

We understand that occasional sizing issues may still occur, and we will always do our best to help facilitate a size exchange when possible. However, exchanges are not guaranteed.

Many of our products are subject to manufacturer minimum-order quantities, custom production requirements, limited inventory, and team-specific customization. Because of these limitations, we may not be able to obtain a replacement item in a different size.

When an exchange is available:

  • The original item must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition.

  • The item must not have been altered or damaged.

  • The customer may be responsible for replacement, customization, and shipping costs.

  • Exchange availability will depend on inventory, manufacturer requirements, and whether additional items can be produced.

To keep bulk team orders manageable, STRIVE Cheerleading will approve no more than one size exchange for every ten items ordered, rounded up to the next whole item.

Examples:

  • An order for 31 athletes may qualify for a maximum of 4 size exchanges.

  • An order for 59 athletes may qualify for a maximum of 6 size exchanges.

Approval of an exchange request does not guarantee that every requested replacement size will be available.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the approved order, please contact STRIVE Cheerleading promptly with photos and a description of the issue. We will review the concern and work to provide an appropriate resolution.

This policy applies only to sizing preferences and fit concerns. Verified production errors or defective products will be handled separately.

By approving and submitting a bulk team order, the coach, team representative, or purchaser confirms that all sizes, quantities, colors, designs, names, and customization details have been reviewed and approved.
