- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email with your order confirmation once your purchase is complete.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 within the U.S.. For orders under $100, standard shipping rates apply.
- Standard Shipping: We use trusted carriers to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner. Typical delivery time for standard shipping is 3–5 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Need your items faster? We offer expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping times for expedited orders are typically 2–3 business days.
- International Shipping: We are happy to ship internationally! Delivery times may vary depending on your location, typically 7–10 business days. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your order online. You can also visit our Order Tracking page to monitor the status of your shipment.
Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes: We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical address during checkout.
- International Shipments: Customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply to international shipments. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Delayed Shipments: While we do our best to ship all orders on time, delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier issues. We appreciate your understanding.
